I got the name of the book from a blogger/real life friend. And it just seemed so approriate for a vacation to Yosemite. It is listed at number 54. I did enjoy it and would prob read the other book on the same subject by the author.
Another book I read was one I had been putting off because I just KNEW once I read it, I would want to read the next in the series....and yep, I do.
I also joined some book club that Lisa Whelchel (blair, facts of life...so sad that is how most know her!) is running....off the top of my head I dont remember the title, I dont have the book yet...it has been ordered and I will update on my next book post.
Oh and Rabbi schmuley won from the last list. Good book, I would like to read more by him too....I love his opinion on school and grades "For me, grades are nothing but a measure of one thing, and a very narrow measure at that. I dont measure success by grades and you shouldnt either. To me, the more important question is this: Are you intellectually curious? Do you want to know?" He doesnt homeschool, his kids attend Jewish day schools but, I bet he would if he could.
